• 2 parts Gin

• 1 part Lemon Juice
• 1 teaspoon powdered Sugar
• Soda Water

Shake the Sugar, Gin and Lemon Juice with cracked ice, strain into a collins glass with 3 ice cubes and then top up with Soda Water.
