Mixing Instructions

Make a hot pot of black coffee preferably with one or two spoons of Demerara sugar[1], from fresh beans or freeze-dried ground coffee beans if possible. Add 25ml or 50ml of Whiskey(Depending on how strong you want it) to a curved glass (See Image), then pour in the coffee- leaving about a centimeter of space from the coffee to the top of the glass.

Find a large spoon and turn it upside down, then dip it just slightly into the coffee and slowly pour the cream onto the back of the spoon, so the cream does not mix but sits on top off the coffee. Use the cream to to fill up the last centimeter.
